“The most important lesson learned from this class is the fact that God is ever prepared to use ordinary believers who avail themselves to do extraordinary things especially starting revivals and awakenings. This was seen all throughout the course content in the way God effected great revivals and awakenings, through ordinary believers. Also, without effectual fervent prayers, and resilience, there can’t be revivals in our churches, communities and the world at large. Apart from these, I have learned that God does not necessarily depend on large numbers to start awakenings in the event of moral decadence. He could use 1, 2 or 3 believers who are burdened to pray for the desired awakening. Finally, as seen from the study, God always sends revival when moral conditions seem worst and believers prayed fervently. I have been inspired to contribute my quota in my ministry to the necessary awakening the church of Christ needs today until Jesus returns.”
