I hope you are having a blessed day. First of all, I thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Michelle Price-Lix. Currently, I reside in Weeki Wachee, Florida, the USA, with my two children. It is exciting to begin my ministry education journey online at Christian Leaders Institute (Learn more about free online Bible courses, Click Here).
I grew up in a Military Christian Denominational household. I was very active with the church, attending both morning and evening services on Sundays and evening services on Wednesdays. At the request of the pastor’s wife, I became the youngest member in the choir when I was 11 years old at the Church Of The Nazarene. A year later, I was baptized.
Shortly after, the military relocated my father. After attending a few services at different churches, I was quickly active once again at a First Baptist Church. As a teenager, I became very active in my youth ministry group. Often assisting my youth minister with planning activities and events.
Challenges
Unfortunately, it all ended very quickly. From November 1993 to November 1997, every year around Thanksgiving someone I loved passed away too early. First, it was my great-grandmother, then my grandmother, father, best friend, and my best friend’s dad. I lost my faith after my dad passed away when I was 19 years old.
During those years, I became a wife and a mother. After the birth of my second child, I started getting an urge to return to my faith. That’s also the year my marriage started to fall apart. When I mentioned to my husband about going to church and raising our children in a Christian household. He laughed and made fun of me for even considering such nonsense. We separated a year later. But, that urge never left me. Just as my faith quickly drifted away years ago, the feelings were the exact opposite and growing stronger.
In 2019, I was in the hospital for a brain infection. I was told my eyesight will never be the same again. Also, the other issues have a higher chance of being chronic rather than acute. Basically, my health will not return to the prior condition before the brain infection. That’s when I received my first vision. At first, it was very blurry. These visions, over the next couple of years, became clear.
New Direction
I was a certified nursing assistant, CNA, for over 20 years. I worked mostly with short-term rehabilitation patients. Due to my eyesight issues, I could no longer do my job efficiently and effectively without putting myself and my patients in danger. What I loved most about being a CNA was helping others reach their goals and personal achievements.
Two years ago, I became a minister through Universal Life Church. It didn’t take me long to realize, however, that being an ordained minister wasn’t enough. I was missing the education, the training, and the experience. I began to focus all my time researching useful information and different educational programs using the internet.
Ministry Education Journey Online at CLI
After researching many schools and different programs, my intuition kept telling me Christian Leaders Institute is where I need to start my ministry education journey online. After studying the Getting Started Classes and Christian Leaders Connections, my intuition is right. I am excited about continuing my studies further.
Currently, my goal is to become a life coach minister. In the near future, I plan on enrolling at CLI’s Leadership Excellence School. It will be in the Christian Leadership Bachelor’s Degree Program with a concentration in Christian Business. Finally, I say thank you to CLI for offering and providing these opportunities to future Christian Leaders like myself.

Part 2 will offer some ministry training and introduce you to the other programs offered through Christian Leaders Institute.
