Greetings! It’s a pleasure that you are taking the time to read my story. My name is Justin Bream, and I am learning about the Bible online at the Christian Leaders Institute (Learn more about free online Bible courses, Click Here). I live in the USA. I am a blessed husband and father. My wife works in behavioral health, and our daughter is almost four. I am an epileptic and an ex-alcoholic, saved by the grace of God. Big fan of soccer and of Manchester City.
My Journey
I grew up in the Church in my early life. My mother and grandparents were very active members. I even sang once or twice with the worship team. I indeed went into my teen years knowing that Christ died for us. Looking back, I know I was not selfless enough to have an active relationship with Jesus, but I would have said at the time that I was saved. Then, at the age of fifteen, my mother died suddenly of an aneurysm. This certainly threw a wrench into the plans. The wind blew me onto a path that led me away from the Lord.
Many years after, I struggled with drugs and alcoholism. Me becoming a full-time brewer did not help my alcoholism. The Lord always had his eye out for me. As time grew in my brewing career, the drinking became much worse. Somehow, the Lord introduced David Jeremiah to me on the radio. As I rode into work in my stupor each day, I would listen to David Jeremiah. This listening went on for some time until I finally gave in and surrendered to the Lord. When I looked at the others in the brewing world, I didn’t want that anymore. It took a few weeks to be able to say, but thanks to the Lord, I’ve been sober since 3/14/19. Praise the Lord!
Learning About the Bible Online at CLI
A few months later, we found a local church at which we are now members! We are growing and really learning what it’s like to be a part of the Body of Christ.
Since the start of 2020, my epilepsy has taken a turn for the worse. So I had to stop working as a supervisor at a craft yogurt factory where I worked. It has left me at home with a lot of time and a stronger calling from the Lord. My disability means that regular schooling isn’t always possible for me. I thank the Lord for this layout for ministry training and learning about the Bible online at the Christian Leaders Institute. I am here to learn as much as possible to help my family, my church family, and the Body. Here I am, Lord, use me.

Step 1 – Register for a free study account that automatically enrolls you in the Christian Leaders Getting Started Course Part 1 &2.
After you register, you will automatically be enrolled in the “getting started” course. You will locate the course at your “home” button when you are logged in. Scroll down to find the Christian Leaders Getting Started Course Part 1 &2 Link. Click the link and open the course.
Step 2 – Complete Part 1 of this course, and then you are allowed to enroll in mini-courses or regular courses.
The Christian Leaders Getting Started Class Part 1 shows you how to enroll in courses and mini-courses. Part 2 of the course connects your calling into ministry with programs offered through Christian Leaders Institute. Part 2 will offer some ministry training and introduce you to the other programs offered through Christian Leaders Institute.
