Mission Nigeria – It is very difficult to get ministry training in Nigeria.
I am a Nigerian, leaving in Nigeria. Doing Ministry in Nigeria I will say is not really easy in the sense that people dont supporting the work of God until they see that you are making it before anybody will like to stop to see what you are doing.People go to Ministries that are made already but to support a Ministry and a Pastor that is just coming up with a vision God has given for the work is almost becoming a crime and there those who are actually are almost discourage because they dont ave the money to rent a good place of worship where people can come and sit comfortably and hear the word. The worst is that people looking for prophecy instead of the word, thereby those who have the word are suffering and that in turn has some to go as far as using diabolical to do Ministry in order to give people prophecy.
I came to know the Lord as a child at the age of seven in the days of Scripture Union(SU) in my village when there was no electricity and because there was no follow up,I did not know what to do next until in my Secondary School in a Youth programme of Deeper Life Bible Church in 1989 when I got in contact with the Lord again(restored) and with the help of a Sister(one of the youths co-ordinators) in the Lord who use to come around to teach me the word and to encouraged me, I got matured and became a Youth Co-ordinator(pastor) till when I left that ministry when the Lord was done with me.
My ministry dream is to winthe lost and raise them as gospel militant onto the Lord a people that are ready for the rapture or coming of the Lord,Heavenly minded Christians. We have a dream of establishing Nursery,Primary,Secondary and University where student will be raise in the fear of the Lord, taught good morals and release into the society, state, nations and the world to influence people, the government and society with the fear of the Lord especially in our nation where corruption is on the increase. We also have an Outreach Ministry in the dream or vision.
CLI Is Next Step
I see CLI as very important because I cant affort the fees for a Bible College and seeing an opportunity like this to be equipped, taught the word with all sincerety and have more formal education in ministry through CLI,I need to grab it.To be sincere the little I have heard so far is so reach to train young converts to maturity bacause these are the basics the need to know.
I will need your prayers for;
- God’s wisdom, knowledge and understanding in this work.
- Financial support carry the visions God has given to me.
- Manifestation of the gifts of the Spirit in me.
- The release of the dimension of the anointing I have been desiring from Him.
- God to fulfil every promises, prophecies He has given me concerning my ministry.
- For God to send me destiny and ministry helpers.
- Opens doors in all the nations of the world.
These you can do daily and weekly. Also send these request across to other prayer groups who cares and what to see the work of the Lord prosper.
I pray that this letter shall find favour before you.
Thanks
Yours In His Vineyard
Evang Stephen Silas
Many ups and downs in his journey to know the Bible.
David stops running from God and attends church again
David knew running from God and not knowing the Bible was foolish.
Knowing the Bible and preaching it was something David reluctantly pursued.
David studies to know the Bible before he preached.
Knowing the Bible led David to preach regularly.
David’s need to know the Bible gave him a big responsibility.
He ends by concluding that it is wonderful to know the Bible and preach its word.

Mission Georgia – Johan is all in for Mission Georgia. He sees the desperate need for the Lord in his Country of Georgia. He starts out with a broad discussion of his involvement with Mission Georgia.
“My name is Johan Labuschagne married to Marina and we live in the Republic of Georgia. We registered the healing rooms in Georgia known as “The Fathers House” in April 2010. The Fathers House is open 2 days a week, and the people come from as far as 300km. We also use the internet through Skype & Face book to minister internationally to people in Italy, USA, Ireland, Turkey, Russia, South Africa and in Georgia. God continues to do miracles at the Healing Rooms & via internet; salvations, deliverance, counselling & healing’s.”
Mission Georgia needs encouragement and support. Labuschagne continues about how they support Mission Georgia.
“By invitation we come alongside village pastors to encourage them and assist within the village churches & with rural outreaches. We bring a fresh Word of God, evangelise, and pray for the sick, hand out reading spectacles, 2nd hand clothing & bibles in communities. Transport however poses a bit of a problem at times, as public transport is not always available to the remote places.”
Many children are getting reached through Mission Georgia.
“The majority of the street children we minister to are of Kurdish background and Muslim in their faith. They are often viewed as a nuisance to those who walk the streets because of their aggressive persistence in begging for money. Here we feed them, teach bible lessons, teach them to read & write, craft lessons & play games/sports with them.”
Large amounts of youth are converting because of Mission Georgia.
“We work in an Armenian village in Georgia with a preschool and youth and had a very successful youth camp where 40 children gave their heart to the Lord. The camp was held during September holidays for one week.”
Other youth ministries are being used through Mission Georgia.
“We work closely with other ministries including- Teen Challenge, Post Abortion, various interdenominational churches and YWAM. They refer people to us for counselling, healing, prayer & deliverance.”
Johan Labuschagne gave his life to the Lord for Mission Georgia.
“I gave my heart to the Lord when I was 16 years old during a youth camp. I spend most of my life in the military (27 years) half of it in operational service where all the questions started. My wife passed away and there were more questions. In April 2007 I got married to a Georgian lady and in September 2007 we returned to South Africa & became radically saved in May 2008 at a “Catch the Fire” convention held in Durbanville South Africa. The first 3 days I felt there must be more and was asking the Lord to touch and use me, well He did touch me and it felt like a heart attack when I open my eyes I was on the floor and a lot of people around me. This all happened during a worship session and my life and family changed.”
Johan has a strong Christian dream for Mission Georgia.
“Our Dream is to continue being a shining light for Jesus as on a hill, giving the Bread of Life to the hungry & bringing Living Water to the thirsty. Rising up New generation. Video clip about 4/14. The scholarship at CLI is a dream come true to equip me and better prepare me to teach the word. 2 Tim 2:15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. 1 Tim 3:2 Now the overseer must be above reproach, the husband of but one wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach.”
Johan finishes by asking for prayer with Mission Georgia.
“My prayer requests are the following, That the Lord give us wisdom and favor with the church leaders to accept the 4/14 vision for children. That we wil have a 4 X 4 Vehicle for outreaches. A Better facility for street ministry as the house we use is not in good condition. Finally, support to have more youth camps in the villages (small towns) were we work in.”
Johan has completed the Christian Basics Certificate. He continues to pursue Mission Georgia and his education thanks to generous donors of Christian Leaders Institute.
