George Genga –
“Hi. i am George Genga, a Kenyan living in the eastlands part of Nairobi. I am 38 years old and am currently pastoring a young church with 15 members in Kayole estate. Doing ministry in very low income areas is a challenge, but I thank God for his grace that is always sufficient and the joy that comes from working in Gods vineyard.I received Jesus in year 2000, when I accompanied a friend to their church. It was a time when I was jobless and desperate in life. Thank God! He has been faithful ever since I called on his name.
“Since I lost both my parent when I was still very young, I can relate to many young people who have no mentors in life. My dream is to help people in my local area to come to themselves in Christ and to help them better their lives through fellowship with Christ.”
George Genga Receives a Scholarship
“A scholarship at CLI will largely improve my bible knowledge and leadership ability. My prayer request for my ministry is for God to always give me wisdom and more grace to carry me through in this journey of faith”
George Genga is a man with a mission! He grew up in the poor regions of Kenya and for most of his life had no parents to guide him. Now George Genga wants to make a difference for God. He wants to go to the youth who, like him, lost their parents at an early age. George Genga sees Christian Leaders Institute as the medium through which this ministry dream can become a reality. Imagine the impact this servant of God will have in the furthering of the kingdom of our Lord!
There are thousands out there like George Genga, and now you can help them. A monthly donation of as little as $3/month can be used by God to bring the dreams of these called leaders to fruition. Think how much of a blessing even such a small donation can be to thousands of people throughout the world who could never afford a traditional seminary.
Charlotte Egyir Johnson –
“I am a Ghanaian living in Ghana. Ministry in Ghana is very difficult because many people are poor and are using any means they can find to survive. Many keep on wallowing in sin because of this poverty and lack of evangelizing.
“I was born into a christian home, so church going was a ritual. I attended church through out my childhood without accepting Christ. I thought attending church was just a routine, so every Sunday I was there. Then I would go home and do my own thing. But one day I had an encounter with Christ Jesus. I attended a Crusade, and the man of God preached about Cornelius in Acts. I listened to the evangelist, and I felt within my heart that I was exactly like that man. The man of God made an Alter Call, and I rushed forward. I accepted Jesus into my life, and my life had never been the same since. That was in 1996.
“My dream is to reach the young for Jesus. If a child or teenager accepts Jesus, it is likely by the grace of the Almighty God that He/She will remain in faith forever and serve God at his/her youthful stage as in Ecclesiastes 12.”
Charlotte Egyir Johnson gets a Scholarship
“When I receive this scholarship, it will help me receive quality training from CLI. I need this because it will enable me fulfill my dream of reaching the young for Christ Jesus.
“Please ask God to make me prosperous so that I can be a blessing to many through giving of gifts and charity, especially in my country and the needy throughout the world.”
Charlotte Egyir Johnson Has a dream. She lives in Ghana, where she sees people every day who are without hope. Charlotte Egyir Johnson sees thousands who will never enjoy some of the simple amenities that are commonplace in much of the world. Even worse, they are without the eternal hope of Christ in their life.
Charlotte Egyir Johnson wants to change that. She dreams of bringing the good news of Jesus Christ to the people who have great need of the hope found in His name. You can help Charlotte Egyir Johnson realize her dream and her calling. A simple donation can give Charlotte Egyir Johnson and others like her the keys to open the door to their ministry.
Tinus Willemse –
“I live in South Africa, and I am proudly South African. Our challenge is the transition from apartheid to our new democracy, and sadly our Government still blames apartheid for their current failures after almost 20 years in power. We cannot move forward as a nation if we live in the past.
“I accepted the Lord in 1986 while I was watching Jimmy Swaggart preach on television. I was alone that particular day, and I could sense the presence of God. I fell to my knees and accepted Jesus as my Savior.
“I have a heart to lead new converts to discipleship because I did not enjoy the benefit of a strong foundation. I had to figure this new Walk out by myself.”
Tinus Willemse Gets a Scholarship
“The teaching at CLI is of the purest form, from the Bible. We as brothers and sisters in Christ need this purity to operate from the same platform, and as the Bride of Christ we need this to be united as one for our King.
“The prayer I need from CLI is that Jesus be magnified in my ministry, for the Holy Spirit to lead me in every step I take, and that Father God be glorified through our efforts.”
Tinus Willemse has a vision. A vision that is a result of experiencing the struggle of growing in Christ without guidance or a strong foundation. Tinus Willemse wants to help other young believers who are in a similar situation. He wants to draw on his past to empathize with new believers and give them guidance along their path.
Tinus Willemse knows that a scholarship at Christian Leaders Institute can help him offer more complete spiritual guidance to new believers. He wants to complete training at CLI because it is another tool that can strengthen his living out of his calling. A simple donation can help Tinus Willemse build on his foundation. Just think how happy he will be to be able to further his education in the word of God!
