About the age of 12 I came to know Christ as the one who loved me and gave himself for me. I made a commitment publicly- making the words of this hymn my own:
“Just as I am without one plea,
but that thy blood was shed for me
And that Thou bidst me come to Thee
O Lamb of God I come.”
Now at the age of retirement I am both thankful and a little sorrowful that the goals I had for my Christian life have not come to pass. I have disappointed my Saviour too many times- and at times I cry out with the Psalmist “What is man that You are mindful of him?”
Of late I have cherished my times on the computer. Seeking to learn as a disciple, I have discovered many great Christian sites where sermons and pdf files can be downloaded and pondered on. It was when I was perusing the net that I came across this course from the Christian Leaders Institute where there is Bible training for any age. While it provides a sound introduction to study habits, one of the things I was challenged by the most was the leadership qualities needed by us personally. My character still needs so much more maturing- so I am looking in expectation to further studies to hone my knowledge and my appreciation of this God who humbled himself, even unto death, that I may have a hope and a future- and that I would continue to examine myself- as exhorted in the Scriptures- and as we are reminded to do in these lessons.
Let me close with another stanza of a hymn that has been an integral part of my Christian walk.

Greetings to you all in the wonderful, mighty name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the soon coming King of Kings and Lord of Lords. I am very much elated to testify of the so many benefits that I have derived from CLI Online Training. As a Bi-Vocational Christian Leader in the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, I have found the program very relevant, convenient, affordable, user-friendly and helpful.
My name is Pastor Desire Pasipanodya, living in Harare, Zimbabwe, where there are currently various socio-political and economic challenges affecting livelihoods of many Zimbabwean. In light of all these challenges, people are looking for quick solutions to avert their current crisis through unorthodox means. However, despite Zimbabwe’s current fateful plight, many souls have turned their hearts to God Almighty as the only solution to their problems.
We have realised that, this is the ample opportunity needed for reaching out to lost souls with the Word of God. Many souls are so eager to hear from God and preaching the Gospel has never been as tremendous as now. We see a prophetic fulfilment of Mathew 24:14 where Jesus says “ … this Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world, for witness unto all nations…”.
Every believer has been entrusted with the responsibility to preach the Gospel of the kingdom of God, but training is very necessary. The Bible says in Romans 10:13-15 “…whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!”
I have always been looking for an opportunity to advance and enhance my understanding and Interpretation of the Bible, to improve on my teaching and preaching of the Gospel of Christ, and to be very relevant in application of the Scriptures in my real life. I have already improved significantly in my walk with God, in interpretation of Scriptures and now have the BIGGER picture of the Bible as the plan of God for Salvation of men through faith in Jesus Christ by God’s Grace.
I have realised that the CLI Scholarship has become a dream come true for my ministry, especially given the nature of my work and the convenience that comes with the program online in that I can Study at my own pace and it is free of charge (through my CLI Scholarship). This online institute has enriched and equipped me with so many tools for the ministry and has greatly enlightened my comprehension of the Word of God.

My name is Pastor Kapinga Dieudonné Mushagalusa, Ordained as a Pastor at HIPEC (Holy International Pentecostal Church in Kampala/Uganda) since August, 2nd, 2008. I’m married to Mwamini Solange Kapinga. Ordained as Senior Pastor at Holy International Christian Ministries Church in Denmark (HICMDK) since August 3rd, 2014. My wife and I together with our 5 children are all living in Denmark.

My wife and I’s story
From teenage-hood my wife was a woman of prayer and a strong singer in a Revival Church in Congo, the Lord sent a mighty Prophet to her under full intercession, and told her: Before you were born, I prepared a Pastor who shall be your husband of life whom I chose before he was born. This went over my wife’s understanding at that age (15), but she kept praying. Then my wife she believed and knew that the candidate whom God could send to marry her, was supposed to be a Pastor as well. Me, at that time, I was still a Catholic. I was serving God in Catholic Church in Bukavu DR.Congo. Although I wasn’t a Priest at the catholic parish, people were calling me a Priest because of the roles that I was playing at the Parish counsel.
My wife and I met and she saw me as come to marry her, she welcomed me, loved me while she knew well that I was a Catholic. She loved me more than anyone else in her life with a love she never experienced in her life as well as me. She accepted to go to the Catholic church where we had our colorful and beautiful wedding.
After our wedding in 2001, We moved to Kampala-Uganda. God called me in Ministry training and we started a Church Holy International Pentecostal Church in Africa (HIPEC)
One day we were in the dialogue, my wife said to me, “My Honey, can I give you a testimony?”
I replied with a big, “YES.”
She began to telling me about the prophecy of us becoming pastors. That night, we began to glorify God for his Wonders. Now we are together in God’s ministry. Glory to God.
My Education
I learnt Theology and Pastoral Studies at Christian Leaders Institute (CLI). I got a Christian Leaders Diploma. I have Bachelor in Public Administration from South Denmark University College, have Office Administration Diploma from International Business College – Denmark, before I graduated from Toender Business/DK. I’m actually an active student at CLI until now to another level. I thank God for CLI. It has opened my eyes and my spirit in my ministry. In many cases what we find is that many do not truly understand the foundations of the beliefs that they have chosen to stand on. some people feel that it is their leader’s responsibility to prepare theologically and pass on to them what they have learned. I am not in agreement with this point of view. I believe that all Christians are responsible for preparing themselves to check and verify the teachings of those who have been given the role of leaders and teachers in our lives. Reason why we must choose right universities, right schools and right professors or teachers. So CLI is the LIGHT where we are getting quality studies and quality leaders and professors free of charge. Nobody tan say, I have no ability to learn the truth of the holy scriptures. God bless CLI!
Many false teachers have gone out with a perverted theology based on assumptions and erroneous interpretations without any type of hindrance, due primarily to a reliance upon the ignorance of many and the ability to go unchecked. CLI is helping me test teachings and follow God in sound doctrine.
