My name is Wesley Bell, and I live in the United States. I was born into a Christian family where my father was a Deacon, and my mother was a Sunday, school teacher. Being raised as a Christian it is sometimes almost taken for granted as to what it truly means. I was baptized and excepted God when I was nine years old. Because I believed, it was the right thing to do. (At the time I truly do not think I was ready).
Shortly after that, I started attending a Christian ranch camp on 4000 acres. It was an amazing adventure with an eye-opening experiences. It showed me a true example of what God’s presence can do in people’s life. After six years of attending summer camps, I started volunteering as much as possible ( but I lived 350 miles away). I finally joined the
I finally joined the full time ministry team there as head of maintenance. I asked my life long friend which I met there at the age of 12 to marry me. We currently are cerebrating our 14th year of marriage blessed by God’s grace. We are out of the ranch ministry full time now and trying to take a more active role in our church. I feel under prepared for some of the obstacles presented to us there and hope by doing the courses through CLI I hope to prepare myself better for the challenges. We also hope to start missionary trips through our church soon. I have loved the course so far and can’t wait to dig deeper.

It is my pleasure to share my testimony with CLI to glorify HIS name. I am Luke D. Ragu, simply calling as Ragu an Indian national residing in Saudi Arabia since December 1994. In the year 1996, I have been a prisoner for two months in Saudi Arabia due to an accident with a car while operating Forklift. And heard the Gospel through brethren were running underground church at this place. I believed Jesus Christ is the only answer, and He is the Redeemer and Savior.
I encountered Jesus Christ in Saudi prison and started to speak with Him through prayer even though I don’t know how to pray. But, He is so loved, heard my prayers and miraculously released me from he prison. After the released from the prison straight away went to the known fellowship and requested a Bible and started to read word by word. As I born and brought up from traditional Hindu family, amazed about the scripture revealed the true God. I surrendered myself to the word of God and accepted Lord Jesus is my personal Savior and baptized in the month of October 1998.
Since that day I am delcaring everywhere I go that JESUS IS LORD. Joined with underground fellowship and started to work for the Lord to spread the Gospel among our own people. Later in 2001 the churches were scattered due to the christian leaders were arrested and persecuted. After a gap of 18 months joined another fellowship Bethel Church of Christ in the beginning of 2003. Grown strong in the truth of the God and ordained as pastor of the Church in 2012. I thank our Lord Jesus who blessed me to do His powerful ministry. We are gathering every Friday for the Sabbath service and enjoying the presence of God Almighty. New brothers and sisters are joing the prayer and accepting Jesus Christ is God and Savior and baptizing according to Mathew 28:19-20. I have attend Haggai Institute’s Advance Leadership International Training program in Hawaii in the year 2011. Under the guidance of it’s Vice President I joined CLI and realy it help me to develop more in the word of God. The basic itself cleared many doubts in the scripture and lead me in way the Lord wants. All praise, glory and honor to Lord Jesu Christ. Amen
At the age of 8, I was walking my dog in the field and I heard a voice say to me “I’m going to use you in a mighty and powerful way”. When I moved to Missouri as an adult, the Pastor at that time confirmed what I had heard as an 8 year old child and that it was God. I accepted my call as a Prophetess and the process has continued. I became a licensed minister and later ordained as an Elder. I have a total of 17 years in ministry. Recently, I have accepted the call as a Pastor and I did not do it graciously. I denied the call for years because I didn’t see myself as fit or knowledgeable for such a call.
I have a strong desire to see God’s people free from bondage, healed delivered and in walking in their purpose. I’ve started bible studies and soon to start a women’s fellowship in my home. I am not at any local church . However, I have visited several and have not been released to join any. As a Pastor myself I know the importance of a good support system and that I do have. My support system consists of Bishops, Pastors, Elders and ministers. I believe the scriptures: In the multitude of counsel there is safety.
I’ve lived in 5 states, and every placed my family and I relocated to God sent us. Currently, we live in Las Vegas, Nevada is known to many as sin city. A lot of people I thought had my best interest, I soon realized they didn’t. When God calls you to do a particular thing I’ve learned you will lose some friends, gain some new ones. You will be called crazy, and others will believe you to be totally sane. Being in a place where prostitution is legal, gambling and many on drugs I can see why God would call me to such a place. I can use prayer in starting the ministry God has placed upon my heart as a new Pastor. I hope God sends people to assist in the vision of this ministry. I also desire a spiritual mother I can share with.
As the ministry grows, I would love to utilize Christian Leaders Institute for training resources for future leaders in the ministry. I believe a scholarship at Christian Leaders Institute will help me to achieve my goals because I have never had formal training in seminary and because I desire and have prayed that God will send me resources to help me be the Pastor He has called me to be, and I found this ministry on-line. I’m graciously Thankful!
