My Life Story and the Impact of CLI on my Ministry Life
I am Obeng Evans Lamba-Nygi from the country of Ghana. Currently, I am studying Bible and leadership courses at the Christian Leaders Institute (Learn more about online free Bible and leadership courses, Click Here).
Faithful is the saying, and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief (1 Tim 1:15). Once in everyone’s lifetime, we were all lost without hope until we were saved by the gospel message.
Early Life
I grew up in a small community (Assin Praso) in the central region of Ghana. It is a community full of religious syncretism and social vices. My family did not have the spirit of God in its members. At a tender age, I fell into the forces of the community and into all sorts of social vices. Gambling was my greatest hobby, then fighting and stealing from others was my last resort after denial of admission into the university.
Encounter with God
I studied Christian Religious Studies in high school. However, I didn’t take whatever was said in class seriously. It was simply a requirement for an academic certificate. Whenever anyone presented the gospel to me, I vaguely argued without paying any attention to the message. Then, one night after gambling the whole day, I had a dream that the world was coming to an end. I found myself weeping when I woke up from that dream. I became so tense for some time. But eventually, I forgot about the dream and went back to my usual life. Then, I had the same dream for a second and third time before I ran to a nearby church for confession. I was baptized the following Sunday.
Life in Christ
Godliness with contentment is indeed a great gain. Life in Christ has been a blessing to me as I am more relieved of the worries and sleepless nights I had before. Immediately after giving myself to Christ, I gained admission to the university to study economics. At the university, I came across brethren who were spiritually strong and mature. They ushered me into an evangelism ministry. It totally changed my life and also boosted my appetite for winning more souls for Christ, especially in villages and small communities like where I grew up.
My Call to Ministry and Marital Life
My university days with the evangelism ministry challenged me to do more for Christ. Therefore, I had a thirst for more knowledge about Christ. I enrolled myself in a Bible School for some basic knowledge to proclaim the gospel. After my studies, I came to my current station in Prestea, a mining community in the western region of Ghana, to serve in the Lord’s vineyard. Through my service in Prestea, I met and married my wife. God has blessed us with two adorable children. My wife has been so supportive of my ministry work.
Vision and Mission
My vision in Christ is to know Him more and make Him known wherever He leads me. Being inspired by R J Stephen’s song, “The Gospel is For All,” I want to live my life as a born-again Christian and be a servant leader. My goal is to have more Bible and leadership knowledge so as to carry on with my rural evangelism. I want to make Jesus Christ known to others. With the help of CLI, I will achieve this goal.
Importance of CLI
Acquiring more knowledge, especially in the Word of God, is very expensive today in every part of the world. It is especially so here in a highly indebted, poor country like mine. Even getting an institution that will not only give you Biblical knowledge but also change your leadership lifestyle as we seek to lead people to Christ. The Christian Leaders Institute is an online and convenient institution that provides free Bible and leadership courses and a changed lifestyle in Christ. CLI also provides everyone with better and quality knowledge that many institutions charge higher amounts for.
It is my humble prayer that God continues to bless anyone who contributed to the establishment of the Christian Leaders Institute. May He also grant each and everyone who has enrolled or will enroll the understanding and knowledge needed to go through this training. Then, we can positively impact others with the gospel!

My name is Cassie Graham. Born and residing in Southeast Missouri in the United States of America, I’m married to a wonderful man. We both have shared much tragedy in our lives. However, we keep praising GOD through it all and keep the faith. When I Came To Know JESUS!
It was in December of 1998 at my Southern Baptist church. My family and I were staying for the monthly baptisms. Service began like any other service, I was writing notes to my cousin about staying all night. Then all of a sudden, during the altar call, my cheeks were hot. There was a burning inside my body as well as outside that engulfed me!
I looked up at my parents and said I had to go to the altar! I asked my mom to go with me. Of course, she was all for it. I was there praying to Jesus, and I gave my heart and soul to Him! Brother Chuck, our Pastor, was so happy about it. He then asked if I wanted to be baptized in the Holy Spirit as well. The fire in me made me hotter, so I said, YES! That was when my walk with GOD began!
God Is There When We Drift
Sadly, I really drifted and got caught up in the world after heartbreak and the loss of my job due to my living situation in 2013. However, 2017 was the worst. From being assaulted on my birthday to self-harming, attempting suicide, then staying in the bottle to kill the pain. I pushed God to the back burner when He should’ve been ALWAYS front and center. I accepted that things were never going to look up and I’d never find true love. But then March 2018 happened! I met the love of my life when he walked through my check-out line at Walmart In Shelbyville, Indiana! We married on August 19, 2018, and got pregnant with triplets! Sadly, I miscarried them on October 1.
With Pain and Suffering Came CLARITY
So with the miscarriage came a lot of prayer, trust, and belief. No matter how it went while I was in the hospital trying to save our babies, GOD had a plan and works for our best. That week in the hospital, I regained my closeness with the LORD ALMIGHTY! I asked for His forgiveness when I drifted and for Him to give me peace and strength in whatever road He would take me down. He chose to take our beautiful babies home with Him and my grandparents and aunt.
Also, all this brought some health issues to light, and Jesus restored my health! If it wasn’t for the circumstance of my miscarriage, these issues would’ve never been addressed. Everything happens for a reason and for God’s purpose. He has our story written before we were even born.
Re-Dedication to Christ
Since I re-dedicated my life to the Lord, I’ve cleansed my life of anything of darkness and earthly material that does not support my walk. I started Bible study and praying for my husband to eventually get on board. After about one and a half years, he came to me wanting to get involved with Bible study also. He wanted me to help guide him to know the Lord! It was my pleasure to do so!
After implementing a couple’s Bible study and prayer life into our home, GOD laid on my heart that I need to lead from my experiences. I’m to help others through everything I’ve been through and still go through. I spent a day researching places to study. All of them were way out of what I could afford. We are financially struggling at the moment. I prayed on it and BOOM! I found the Christian Leaders Institute. I’ve not looked back! I know what I want in my future through this amazing school and the opportunities available!
My Goals at CLI: Christian Life Coach Training
I am taking Christian Life Coach training so I can help others from my experience and training. I also want to get a space for ministry in the area. There is not a place to go and get help here. I also want to get my Bachelor’s Degree in Divinity. There are so many goals and aspirations burning in my soul! I can NOT get enough!
I’m also very excited to become a Vision Partner! I want to be able to do what I can to keep the courses free, so everyone can have a chance when GOD calls them! The free courses at CLI have been such a saving grace for me so I want to pay it forward. I’m so blessed and excited for the Future!

To Know Him and Make Him Known
My name is Chad Dalton, and I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I am blessed to be married to Kameren. We have two amazing sons, Asa and Luke, 16 and 14 years old respectively. Currently, we live in Rapallo, Italy, where we serve as missionaries. We have been here for almost six years and have a small church that meets in our apartment. Currently, I am studying at Christian Leaders Institute (Learn more about online free ministry and Bible courses, Click Here) and want to get a Bachelor’s Degree in ministry.
The Long Journey Began
It’s been a long journey to get here. So, I’ll try not to bore you with all the details. I grew up in the small town of Tehachapi, California in a Christian home. At a young age, I had a desire to know the Lord. One vivid memory from that time is when I was riding my bike on deserted roads. I was spontaneously singing to the Lord as the words came into my heart, without a care in the world. I don’t remember my exact age but was under ten. Unfortunately, I didn’t cultivate that relationship. I walked away in my early adolescence when I got into the wrong crowd and a lifestyle of drugs. The Lord saved me from so much. It’s a miracle I’m still alive!
Saved and Called to Ministry
At the age of 17, I was invited to live with my brother and his roommates in Pismo Beach, California. They wanted to help me get out of the situation I was in, help me find a job, and get my life together. I took them up on the offer. So, in June of 1997, I started off on a new adventure that would change everything. As per a good-behavior contract, they made me sign to live with them, I had to attend all church meetings available. It wasn’t long before the Holy Spirit got hold of me.
The church was doing a series of tent meetings in a crime-ridden neighborhood. I’ll never forget how each night the conviction of the Holy Spirit was more and more intense. I knew that if I were to die, I would have gone to hell. After several nights of strengthening conviction, I surrendered all to Him. When the preacher asked who wanted to be saved, I went forward, a sobbing mess. I was in the presence of the Lord. Everyone up front hugged me and prayed for me.
God liberated me of all drug addiction that night! For the next few months, I grew in my walk with Jesus, then returned to my hometown a new man. God kept me from falling back into the old ways. He provided me with new friends that encouraged me in the Lord, and I began to sense a call to ministry.
Ministry Service
After graduation, I moved to North Carolina, where I worked as a Camp Counselor. Through a connection with the Camp Pastor, I was introduced to YWAM (Youth with a Mission). I attended the YWAM Discipleship Training School in Charlotte, North Carolina. Afterward, I went to India for two months for the outreach which was part of the program. After that, I knew God had called me to serve in missions.
From there, I went to a ministry school in Charlotte. I also worked with a church plant in Winston-Salem for my internship with the school. It was there that I met my wife, and we started our family. We both knew that God had called us to missions, but still didn’t know when He would release us to go.
Fast forward several years, we were serving in a new church plant in Winston-Salem. I was running my own woodworking business. We were also raising two young boys. God was blessing the business, and we had great opportunities in the church. However, something wasn’t sitting right in our hearts.
Missions
We took the beginning of 2014 to fast and pray. So, we asked God to either give us a passion to serve where we were in the church and the growing business or to show us what else He had planned. We both heard clearly from the Lord that it was time to pursue missions. Our church supported us, and long story short, sent us to Kansas City to the headquarters of Avant Ministries, a missionary sending agency. We were commissioned in July of 2014. Over the course of the next two years, we raised all of the support necessary to go.
So, we sold our business, our home, and packed up to follow Jesus to Italy. We arrived in June of 2016. First, we spent some time in a language school. Now, we pastor a small group of new believers in the town of Rapallo.
Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry with CLI/CLI
I’m a learner at heart and have wanted to get a degree for some time. The ministry school I attended was great and foundational in my walk with the Lord. But, it was more practical than academic and did not offer any sort of degree other than a certificate of completion. I want to be more prepared for the ministry God has called me to, so I am looking forward to working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in ministry with the Christian Leaders Institute and CLI’s Leadership Excellence School.
My desire is to see a multitude come to Christ, being rooted in Him, growing in their love for Him, being equipped to serve His Church, and going into the world as passionate followers of Jesus!
