opportunity to be equipped for ministry

Blessings! Greetings, I am Nhette (Nenita Blancaflor) from Manila, Philippines. I studied several Bible courses before. However, I did not credit it as a Bible School since it was a church program. I also got an AB Major in Business Management. I thank the Lord for this opportunity to be equipped for ministry at the Christian Leaders Institute online. After praying for this significant opportunity and inquiring about it in my country, I believe these online courses are the best for me!

My Journey

I faced a lot of hindrances and challenges. First of all, some churches discourage women from being leaders in the church. The second was my finances. Third, it limited my earning due to my health condition. But because of the free ministry courses, I can study now at CLI! I’m so excited to fulfill my calling to serve our Lord Jesus in total capacity and potential.

Since CLI is online, I have the flexibility to earn and minister to others, especially my family. This is the perfect opportunity to prove myself in the church. Studying at CLI from the first day gave me much wisdom and insight. I have deep gratitude for this Ministry.

My Salvation

I came to know the Lord Jesus when I was 12 years old. When I was a child, I had questions unanswered about heaven and hell. Why did Jesus suffer? Finally, a missionary came to our place and introduced me to the Lord Jesus. From then on, I received Him as my Lord and Savior. My changes are slow in every phase. All my life, He testifies His faithfulness towards me.

Opportunity to be Equipped for Ministry

My life isn’t perfect. It threw me into the storms and battles. I’d been too busy working. I was trying to catch up with my dreams and failures. Then, one day, I woke up sick. It happened more often than I could imagine and worse than ever. First, my being single haunted me and also hit my health. Moreso, my finances. Then, after my vaccination, it triggered my illnesses. I struggled with breathing. So many nights I thought I would not make it through. But God made me live!

I prayed and told God I didn’t want to die a slave to sin. I couldn’t define then what my soul was longing for. But now I know. To be in the presence of my Savior. To renew my love for Him. And serve Him as long as I live! I am excited for this opportunity to be equipped for ministry service through study at the Christian Leaders Institute! God bless!

Sex Conversations Ministers

DEEPEN INTIMACY IN YOUR MARRIAGE

DEEPEN INTIMACY IN YOUR MARRIAGE

DEEPEN INTIMACY IN YOUR MARRIAGE

Many Christian married couples have struggled in areas of sexual intimacy, feeling isolated with no one to talk to. Some have attempted to discuss their struggles with their pastor, only to find he has not been trained in these areas. Similarly, many Christian singles face challenges in this realm. Our sexual identity is fundamental to our lives, and while God designed sexual practice for marriage, there remains a great deal of frustration.

Additionally, the Christian worldview of sexual intimacy faces threats. The ease of accessing pornography has challenged Christian men and women to remain faithful. The postponement of marriage has left single Christians grappling with their sexuality, trying to manage their sexual urges while single.

Given these challenges, there is a clear need for confidential ministers and coaches to offer support.

CLI'S INTIMACY PROGRAM

This Intimacy Specialization is designed to equip officiants, ministers, and coaching ministers to conduct conversations about intimacy, informed by ministry training and credentialed through the Christian Leaders Institute, credentialed through the Christian Leaders Alliance.. This program aims to provide the necessary tools and understanding to address the complex issues surrounding sexual intimacy within a Christian context

This speculation will equip ministry leaders with confidence to help married couples and single navigate through these waters. Our credentialed clergy  will be able to start an intimacy conversation practice and can register a Soul Centers focusing on this ministry area.

An example of one of these soul centers is listed on the Soul Center website. This Soul Center is called “Hot Christian Marriage.” Click here

This Soul Center is led by a Coaching Minister trained by the Christian Leaders Institute and credentialed by the Christian Leaders Alliance, with a specialization in marriage intimacy. Here is a description of her Soul Center.

UNDERSTANDING MARRIAGE INTIMACY

Almost 80% of movies on networks or cable television stations have sexual contentRead more. Much of the content is contrary to the Biblical understanding of sexuality.

God’s desire for marriage sex is that single people would learn and prepare for it, and married people would experience it. This “hot monogamy” philosophy of God’s design for sex is so needed!

The fact is married people report that they have dismal sex lives.

There are many reasons for this, including the following:

  • Marriage conflict.
  • Differing libidos. One partner may have a higher sex drive than the other. Click here for more information.
  • Past trauma. One partner may have experienced sexual trauma in the past, which can make it difficult to have sex.
  • Communication problems. Couples may be unable to communicate openly and honestly about their sexual needs and desires.
  • Non-biblical religious beliefs. Some couples may have different religious beliefs that conflict with their sexual expectations in marriage.
  • Medical conditions. Some medical conditions can interfere with sexual function.
  • Body image issues. One partner may be uncomfortable with their body, making it difficult to be intimate.

Imagine you becoming a volunteer, part-time or full time clergy member to address these types of issues. You may offer some or all of the following:

  • Confidential conversations informed by a minister program specializing in sex education and conversations.
  • Prayer that invites God to help couples.
  • Coaching sessions that encourage the hot monogamy philosophy for marriage.
  • Officiating services that include conducting weddings or respeaking marriage vows.
  • Other Christian ministry services.

WHY SHOULD MINISTERS STUDY MARRIAGE INTIMACY?

There are several reasons why ministers and Christians might consider studying hot monogamy. Here are a few:

  1. To support couples in having healthier, happier marriages. Hot monogamy is a marriage philosophy that prioritizes sexual intimacy, communication, and sexual satisfaction. By studying hot monogamy, Christian ministers can learn how to assist couples in achieving these goals.
  2. To provide couples with resources and support. The journey of hot monogamy can be challenging but also profoundly enriching. Christian ministers can offer the necessary resources and support to help couples thrive.
  3. To educate the church about hot monogamy. Many Christians may not be familiar with the concept of hot monogamy. By learning about this philosophy, Christian ministers can educate their congregations about its principles and benefits.
  4. To model a healthy marriage for their congregation or community. Christian ministers are called to exemplify Christ’s love in their lives. Studying hot monogamy can equip ministers to cultivate a healthy, joyful marriage that glorifies God.

This course deals with the nature of the human soul, which connects directly to sexual experience.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE INTIMACY PROGRAM

Are these Christian leaders sex therapists?

No, they are officiants, ministers, coaching ministers, or chaplains who integrate God and the teachings of the Bible into the marital relationship. These ministers advocate for the philosophy of committed monogamy and are credentialed by the Christian Leaders Alliance. They have completed a course of study focused on sex education and conversations. As ministers, they are accessible to a wide audience. Often, sex therapists can be costly. Unlike therapists who may focus on specific traumas, ministers dedicated to sex conversations promote wholeness and health as well as address issues.

What is the hot monogamy philosophy?

The hot monogamy philosophy encourages the practice of a vibrant sex life as God’s design for sex throughout marriage, from newlyweds until death. This philosophy is pro-life and pro-children.

Are you married, or have you been married? Has hot monogamy philosophy and practice been an energizing source of wholeness for you?

Am I called to become a leader in this subject?

Are you trained as a counselor or sex therapist, and do you want to pursue a ministry calling in your area of professional training?

Tuition Free Biblical Courses

Worshipping Through the Storm

Hello! My name is Riley Boehmer, and I am excited to share my life with you! The tuition-free online ministry and biblical courses at the Christian Leaders Institute are a blessing!

Born and raised in California, I still live here. After graduating high school, I struggled with the concept that “maybe school just wasn’t for me.” I decided to step away after failing my first semester in college. After prayer and consideration, I felt God calling me to focus more on ministry. We will come back to this topic, but first, I want to share a bit of what my home was like growing up.

My Spiritual Journey

At age six, my parents divorced after my mom had an affair with an old friend. However, neither my sisters nor I knew the reason at the time. Through this experience, I did not have a personal relationship with God despite knowing about Him. However, I was not far from one. Between two to four years later, I accepted Christ in my heart, sitting in the backyard of my father’s house. God began working in my life as He brought some peace into my hectic life of switching between my parents’ houses every other week.

Eventually, my life started to shift gears. In 6th grade, I was somewhat forced (although grateful) to play piano on the worship team in our middle school ministry. It brought me anxiety. However, I knew God could use it for His glory, and I held onto this hope! There I began to grow in my faith and my gifts quickly.

As amazing as this was at church, things grew more difficult at home. On my dad’s side, he developed a gambling addiction (which he kept us kids pretty sheltered from). On my mom’s side, she decided we would move in with her boyfriend (the man from the affair). This was difficult for my sisters and me to navigate as the boyfriend was also an alcoholic! Their relationship was on and off, almost weekly, but all of this played a crucial role in my faith!

Growing in God

My life was still the same when I entered high school. I was progressing in some areas at church and in my relationship with God but struggling with my complicated situation at home. This trend continued for a while. However, throughout all of this, the Lord was working through me. I honestly found what it meant to have a relationship with Him.

Eventually, my mom and her boyfriend, although still together on and off, no longer lived together. In the same way, although my dad was in debt, he no longer gambled. Towards what seemed to be the end of these things, I turned eighteen and decided to live with my father full-time. This helped my schedule and my relationship with my mom and God. Random bumps still occurred, such as friends of mine taking their lives and a worldwide pandemic. However, God was working through all of it.

After graduating high school, I worked at a local restaurant while volunteering in the worship ministries. I planned and led most of the youth worship services. With God as my best friend and mentor, I leaned on Him through prayer and reading scripture to see where He wanted to lead me.

Called to Ministry

Eventually, my parents told me to prioritize college over my work. However, this plan did not sit right with me. I felt God’s leading to reach out to the close pastors in my life. They were working at the church where I led worship. So, I asked if there was any position that I could fill. After many conversations, there was! Not just any position, but one I felt called–the worship ministry!

Therefore, I quit my job at the restaurant and started working at the church. I was raising up students (just as I was raised up), teaching them how to lead worship and develop their relationship with God in the process, and sharing the importance of both. With this new job, I dropped out of college. My focus was solely on the ministry work God had placed right before me.

Tuition-Free Biblical Courses at CLI

Ending where we started, I feel God’s calling to return to school. Now that I can see the benefit and am motivated to accomplish this goal, I chose Christian Leaders Institute. CLI offers tuition-free ministry and biblical courses. CLI is where I can dive deeper into my faith while working towards a college degree.
