Service Components
- Prayer: Every service begins with focused prayer, uniting us in seeking God’s guidance, strength, and blessings upon Christian leaders and their unique callings.
- Communion: Communion will be a crucial part of our service, allowing us to reflect on Christ’s sacrifice and the unity we share as His body.
- Teaching: Weekly messages will be grounded in Scripture, focusing on practical insights to help leaders and their families navigate life and ministry. These teachings aim to equip, encourage, and inspire, providing leaders with the tools to serve their communities effectively.
- Testimonies: Each week, we will highlight stories of transformation from leaders worldwide. These testimonies celebrate God’s work in individuals’ lives, showcasing how He calls, strengthens, and guides us through every season.
- Ordinations with the Christian Leaders Alliance: As a church committed to raising leaders, we will conduct ordination ceremonies for Christian Leaders Alliance candidates. These ordinations recognize the calling, preparation, and dedication of individuals who have completed their ministerial training and are ready to serve as licensed or ordained officiants or ministers. The ordinations mark both a personal milestone and a community celebration of God’s work in equipping His people for ministry.
- Soul Centers Commissions: In addition to ordinations, we will commission Soul Centers, local community hubs led by trained Christian leaders. These centers will provide discipleship, counseling, and spiritual growth opportunities within their communities. The commissioning of each Soul Center represents a commitment to spreading Christ’s love, supporting spiritual growth, and building community through accessible and meaningful ministry.
- Tithes and Offerings: For those who consider this their home church, all tithes and offerings will support the development of Christian Leaders Church, the Christian Leaders Alliance, and Soul Centers.

Why Christian Leaders Church is Empowering Christian Leaders to Make a Global Impact
In a world where many people are searching for hope, Christian leaders play a vital role. These leaders not only spread the love of Christ but also provide guidance, mentorship, and spiritual support to countless individuals. However, even the strongest leaders need support, encouragement, and continuous growth to be most effective in their ministry. Christian Leaders Church offers a unique approach to cultivating and supporting these leaders through regular in-person and Zoom meetings, backed by an extensive network of training, credentialing, and ministry opportunities.
The Power of Meeting to Cultivate and Send Out Christian Leaders
At Christian Leaders Church, our primary mission is to empower and equip Christian leaders to serve others effectively. By meeting regularly, we create a supportive environment where leaders can gather, learn, and be encouraged. These gatherings aren’t just services; they’re training grounds for ministry, where Christian leaders are mentored, sharpened, and prepared to make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.
This model of gathering offers several distinct advantages:
- Strengthening Leaders: Regular meetings foster a community of support where leaders can share their experiences, struggles, and triumphs, receiving the encouragement they need to press forward.
- Building Skills and Confidence: Through teachings, discussions, and practical ministry exercises, Christian leaders gain the skills and confidence they need to step out in faith and serve more effectively.
- A Sense of Unity and Purpose: Whether leaders are attending in person or joining via Zoom, they experience a sense of unity in the mission of advancing Christianity. This shared purpose ignites passion and keeps leaders focused on the impact they can make.
Why Christian Leaders Need Support to Minister Effectively
Leading others in faith is both rewarding and challenging. Leaders often face spiritual, emotional, and practical struggles, which can be draining if they don’t have a strong support system. Christian Leaders Church provides that support, creating a place where leaders can be poured into so they, in turn, can pour into others. This nurturing environment is essential for effective ministry, as it allows leaders to remain resilient, spiritually vibrant, and equipped to handle the ups and downs of leading others.
Connection to Over 200 Ministry Training Classes and Credentialing
Christian Leaders Church is a program of Christian Leaders Institute, which offers over 200 ministry training classes and credentialing opportunities. This access provides leaders with the tools and knowledge they need to grow in their calling. Here’s how this connection makes a difference:
- Customized Training Paths: With over 200 classes available, Christian leaders can focus on areas that align with their unique calling, whether pastoral care, evangelism, church planting, or counseling.
- Credentialing for Increased Credibility: Through the Christian Leaders Alliance, leaders can earn credentials that open doors in various ministry settings, giving them added credibility and recognition as qualified ministers.
- Soul Centers and Ministry Practice Opportunities: These centers, affiliated with Christian Leaders Alliance, act as small ministry outposts, allowing leaders to practice and apply their training in real-world settings and meet the specific needs of their community.
Multiplying Christian Leaders Through a Reproducible Model
One of the most impactful aspects of the Christian Leaders Church approach is its focus on multiplying Christian leaders—a model that can be easily replicated. By training and empowering leaders who then go out to create their own ministry hubs, house churches, or Soul Centers, we are building a sustainable network of support and outreach that can reach every corner of the world.
The multiplication model is simple and effective:
- Train Leaders: Through comprehensive training and regular support, leaders are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual foundation they need.
- Empower and Send: Once trained, these leaders are encouraged to step out and start their own ministries, whether that’s a house church, a Soul Center, or a community outreach program.
- Ongoing Support and Growth: Leaders remain connected to the Christian Leaders Church, receiving ongoing support, resources, and encouragement. This connection ensures they can continue to grow and thrive in their ministries.
This model has the potential to transform Christian leadership worldwide, making it possible for Christian leaders to be developed, supported, and sent out to serve in every context, from rural villages to bustling cities.
A Vision for Global Impact
Christian Leaders Church isn’t just about building up leaders for one local congregation; it’s about creating a movement. The combination of online and in-person gatherings, extensive training and credentialing options, and the support network of Soul Centers is designed to be accessible, adaptable, and impactful. By empowering Christian leaders, we are equipping the church to reach further, love deeper, and serve more faithfully than ever.
