GET ORDAINED WITH CHRISTIAN LEADERS ALLIANCE

GET ORDAINED WITH CHRISTIAN LEADERS ALLIANCE

The Christian Leaders Alliance teams up with Christian Leaders Institute to provide local ecuministry ordinations. Hundreds of leaders have been ordained in the Christian Leaders Alliance. When a person gets ordained online at the Christian Leaders Alliance, they are publically recognized as Christian Ministers. This is not an ordination mill.

Each ordination candidate can get ordained only when they complete a credible ordination study and confirmation process. The process includes four important steps:

1. CALLING AND WALKING

To get ordained online at the Christian Leaders Alliance (CLA), the first step is enroll in the admission class at Christian Leaders Institute. You will then take the Christian Leaders Connection Class (3 Credits) and the Christian Basic (3 Credits) courses that assure that you have advanced ministry and doctrinal knowledge. You will receive the Christian Basics Award.

This Award explored calling into ministry, walking with God and the Christian Basics. This first step is important because this class explores the basic qualifications outlined in the Bible for Christian leaders. This class also specifically helps Christian leaders see if they have the fire and passion for ministry.

Calling to ministry has always been important. Paul encouraged Timothy to fight the good fight. He said,

“Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.” – 1 Timothy 6:12

2. ORDAINED AS A MINISTER (3 RECOMMENDATIONS NECESSARY)

After you receive your the Christian Leaders Basic Award, you can enroll in the Deacon Minister ordination class. This ordination class guides you through becoming ordained in your local area as a deacon minister. This is the ordination that follows you through the entire CLI program. In this class, you will submit three recommendations. These recommendations confirm that your local relational network also confirms your calling into ministry.

This step is important out of respect for 1 Timothy 5:22:

Do not be hasty in the laying on of hands, and do not share in the sins of others.”

We ask for three recommendations for ordination in the ordination class. This goes far to make sure that this candidate is suitable for ministry.

Early church deacon ministers were commended like in Roman 16:1:

“I commend to you our sister Phoebe, a deacon of the church in Cenchreae.

You will schedule an ordination service or prayer with  representative of a Christian church or ministry that will lead.

3. MORE MINISTRY TRAINING INTO A SPECIALIZED AREA

The third step is more ministry training into a specialized ministry role area. Each Ordained minister role requires different amounts of training. We read in the Bible that ordained leaders “must teach what is in accord with sound doctrine” (Titus 2:1 ).  Christian Leaders Institute brings high-quality ministry training online. The training is free, whether you want to get ordained with the training or not take that official step.

So, after you are ordained as a deacon minister, you are welcome to complete a study program that takes that ordination into a specific ministry role. We have launched the following ordained ministry role classes.  Here is the list of Ordained Minister roles and a number of credits you will need to obtain your ordination specialty.

4. INCLUSION IN THE CHRISTIAN LEADERS ALLIANCE'S DIRECTORY

This directory tells the world that you have completed the rigorous ordination process. Inclusion means that the ordained candidate has completed the above steps. Ordained ministers in the Christian Leaders Alliance have been trained at CLI and walked through the steps of local ecuministry ordination.

Ordination in Christian Leaders Alliance means that we have put a potential ordained leader through the historical steps of calling, confirmation, training, prayer, and official authorization.

Important Note: Should someone become delinquent in doctrine or life, it is the responsibility of local leaders to discipline that individual. It also is the responsibility of local leaders to contact Christian Leaders Alliance and indicate that the person is not walking with the Lord as a Ministry Leader.

“Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted. Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” – Galatians 6:1-2
