Chaplaincy Ministry Training
I was born and raised in Idaho, in the United States of America. I have been a law enforcement officer in some capacity for the past thirty years. For the past sixteen years, I have worked as a juvenile probation officer. I enjoy working with youth. I know that they truly are the future leaders of our country and our church. In addition to my full-time job, I am also an unpaid professional with the Civil Air Patrol (CAP). I recently completed training as a Character Development Instructor, also working with youth. This is part of the Civil Air Patrol Chaplain’s Corps. I now feel a calling from God to actually become a Chaplain and receive chaplaincy ministry training. Becoming a chaplain will require a bachelors degree in theology or a related field. It will also require being ordained.
I first learned about Christian Leaders Institute with a Google search of “how to become a chaplain?” There CLI was. It is hard to believe that Christian Leaders Institute is a high-quality ministry training school which can provide me with the education that I need for what I feel called to do. And I was surprised to learn that with a ministry training scholarship, it is for free! I have shared this with my pastor at my church, and he totally supports me in this chaplain minister calling. I am excited to begin this chaplaincy ministry training journey. I can not wait to see what God has in store for me as he guides me on my way. I am also excited to learn more about the ordained minister study programs at Christian Leaders Alliance These programs include an ordained Chaplain Minister track which will be a blessing to me. Thank you, Christian Leaders Institute staff and supporters!
