Called to Minister

Called to Minister and Study at CLI

I am Jeff Fransen from Mill Creek, Washington in the USA. I am called to minister and am seeking education at the Christian Leaders Institute. My wife Michelle and I have been married for 30 years and have three beautiful children (Caitlin, Ryan, and Jace). I am a real-estate developer by profession. My wife and I are active in ministry through our local church. We also are involved in various missions organizations, including Mexico Family Missions, a ministry we founded in 2001.

My Faith Development

Born and raised in a Christian home, the testimony and example of my parents and others in the community in which I lived touched me. I learned about and experienced the love of Christ in my life and began to seek a relationship with Him. I committed my life to Him fully in a public profession of my faith when I was 16 years old.

Since that time, I have intimately experienced Christ’s love for me through my daily walk with Him. He has proven Himself faithful in many ways as I moved from my teenage years through college, career, marriage, and family. There have been many joys and blessings. However, there were also many challenges along the way that have tested me and my faith. All of these experiences have deepened my relationship with Christ. They have also enriched my understanding of who God is and what His purpose is for my life.

God’s Calling and Ministry Training at CLI

In my family life, in my community and my career, I have taken on many challenges and pursued significant dreams and aspirations. Through it all, I have sensed God call on my life to be a minister, whether with the title or not. My spiritual goal is to represent Christ well, to make myself available for the work of His Kingdom, and to serve others in whatever way God leads me to do.

I am grateful for the tools, the training of the Christian Leaders Institute.  The community of other “ministers” I can connect with through CLI is also a blessing.
