ARE YOU CALLED TO BE A SOUL CENTER LEADER

Soul Centers are vibrant hubs where Christian Leaders Alliance Ministers engage with ministries, embodying a diverse tapestry of church and religious societies. They are an incredible way to reach others and share the incredible faith of God with those in your community.

Who Is The Christian Leaders Alliance?

The Christian Leaders Alliance is the ministerial and clergy credentialing body within the Christian Leaders Institute, organized as a 501(c)(3) religious nonprofit corporation.

The Christian Leaders Institute vests this Christian religious society with the authority to conduct a worldwide program of creating religious societies called soul centers and credential clergy, including officiants and ministers. Credential ministers do not need to create or belong to a soul center; they can be credentialed through the Christian Leaders Alliance and remain in their local religious society affiliations, such as a church or a denomination.

Types of Soul Centers

These are ministries that focus on raising revival through the multiplication and mobilization of leaders through the resources of Christian Leaders Institute. MMCs aim to serve grassroots Christian leaders and ministries seeking to revitalize Christianity locally and globally by identifying, training, and credentialing more leaders to serve.

Fellowships

Typically smaller ministries led by volunteers called by the Lord to minister to people within their circles of influence. Examples range from Bible studies to prayer groups, from evangelism to serving the homeless, from chaplain ministry to local first-responders, and to conducting a wedding for a friend or family member.

Ministry Practices

A ministry practice might be a Coaching Minister Practice, Prayer Practice, Visitation Practice, Matchmaker Ministry, or MinistryBiz. These can be located at a local church, home, storefront, or online. Some of these practices may be led by volunteer credentialed ministers, others by part-time ministers.

Churches & House Churches

Local churches or house churches that meet regularly for worship services and support of home discipleship practices are traditional Soul Centers. A local church or a house church qualifies if a credentialed Christian Leaders Alliance member initiates the Soul Center registration and the local church leadership agrees to the arrangement.

Minister Mobilization Centers

These are ministries that focus on raising revival through the multiplication and mobilization of leaders through the resources of Christian Leaders Institute. MMCs aim to serve grassroots Christian leaders and ministries seeking to revitalize Christianity locally and globally by identifying, training, and credentialing more leaders to serve.

Mentor Centers & Educational Ministries

A Mentor Center helps recruit, raise up, and support more Christian Leaders students in their community. The leader or leaders supports them in their studies and faith walk, guiding them through the course opportunties and credential pathways.

Multi-Purpose Ministries

These are ministries with a diverse reach, typically with a core focus, but also actively involved in other areas of ministry. This can include any ministry which also offers services in a number of areas such as outreaches, ministry practices, ministry biz, street ministry, evangelism, special needs, counseling, mentorship, etc.

The Journey To Becoming A Soul Center Leader

  1. Study the Bible and Ministry Training
    Christian Leaders Alliance is a ministry under the Christian Leaders Institute (CLI). CLI has crafted study programs that include over 200 courses and mini-courses.
  2. Submit to a Minister Credential Process, Including Local Endorsements
    After candidates for ministry credentials complete their ministry training classes, they undergo a ministry recognition process. Initially, they must obtain endorsements from people who know them. We encourage candidates to be prayed over and commissioned to their clergy role either in their local community or at a Christian Leaders Alliance event. After this process, they are granted minister/clergy status.
  3. Posted on the Global Ordination Directory 
    After they receive minister status, the newly credentialed minister is posted in the official Christian Leaders Alliance Minister Directory.
  4. Credentialed Ministers of the Christian Leaders Alliance are eligible to register a Soul Center.
