Free Internet Ministry Training For Future Leader John Ramirez

I am John Ramirez, a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is only through God’s perfect plan that I am here today as a living testimony of His goodness. I am blessed with a good family, which includes my wife, three children, and a son in law. I was born and raised in the Philippines, where I finished my Bachelors degree in Nursing. I came to the United States in the early 1990’s with dreams of becoming successful in my career and hopes of living a good life with my family. I will not forget the time when I arrived here with just two baggages of clothes, books to review for NCLEX, a small New Testament Bible, and only a total of $100.00. I got more than what I deserve when within a year, my wife and I received Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior through a Filipino Pastor who was church planting at that time in the area. That is the plan of the Lord, and it truly was better than mine.
We continued to learn from our Bible study group which by then was lead by Pastor Jimenez, the one whom God used to evangelize us and still continue to disciple us. I played guitar whenever we sung during these small group meetings. My wife and I were involved right away in the music ministry when we had our first Church service in 1993. Now, my wife is serving in the children’s ministry and I as a deacon in the same church which is now Point of Grace International. My passion when I was a teen was music and I am so happy that God still uses me, now as a leader of the Worship ministry. I have nothing to boast here, I am just a servant of the Lord Jesus who is full of grace and mercy, who died on the cross for our salvation. Nothing is more important to me in this world than to worship our God.
I am honored to be a part of the Christian Leaders Institute that provides free internet ministry training to prepare people who are called by God to spread the gospel. CLI promotes advance education through its free online education. I am very thankful to God for using to Rev. Henry Reyenga and Provost David Feddes, and the team for the quality education CLI provides internationally. My goal is to gain a deeper knowledge of the Bible, to be prepared to become a bi-vocational Pastor. Although I am not sure exactly where the Lord is leading me besides what I think He wants me to do, in my heart I know that I will just follow Him.
