FREE LIFE COACHING MINISTRY COURSES
Free Life Coaching Ministry Courses
Today’s demand for skilled life coaches is rising as people eek guidance in navigating personal, professional, and spiritual challenges. Whether you want to pursue life coaching as a minister career, add life coaching skills to your ministry toolkit, or simply help others with practical and biblical wisdom, Christian Leaders Institute (CLI) offers free, high-quality training that can equip you to do just that.
What Is Life Coaching as A coaching Minister?
Life coaching as a coaching minister is a process of ministry mentoring individuals to achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and grow in different areas of life. Unlike traditional counseling, focusing on emotional healing, life coaching is action-oriented and future-focused. A coach minister helps people identify their strengths, clarify their values, and create strategies to reach their full potential. Christian life coaching adds a spiritual dimension, encouraging clients to grow in their relationship with God while pursuing personal and professional goals.

I grew up in a Christian home and am the eldest among five children. My parents taught me that I should be an example to my siblings. I devoted my time to being an academic achiever and used not to have many friends. I have always felt I needed to prove myself so that people would like me. Little did people know that I had experienced many kinds of abuse. I pitied myself a lot. I was bitter, angry, and had suicidal thoughts. I’ve learned to be independent and lived as if I never needed anyone. The truth is all I wanted was to be accepted and loved.
When I was in high school, I understood that I needed Christ not only to be my Saviour but to be the Lord of my life so I committed to live for His glory and continuously ask His Holy Spirit to fill and transform me. Since then, I don’t have to prove myself to anyone. I’m no longer bitter and angry. Even if people won’t like me, I know God fully accepts me and loves me unconditionally.
One Sunday morning at my church, a missionary told the story of a man who had decided to follow Jesus. At this point in my life, I never heard of any work being done among their tribe. This courageous man shared the Gospel with his people, a known extremist. I was shocked and thought, “This man is willing to give up his life for the salvation of his people. I’ve never met anyone like him!” I started praying that God may raise more workers in His harvest field, especially for those who never heard about Christ. Within a few months, God made me an answer to my prayer as I committed to be His minister.
I met my husband in the Christian organization we work with and we share the same passion for reaching the nations with the Gospel and building families in Christ. I moved back to the Philippines to lead a team of campus ministers with him in 2017. Fast forward, we moved to Canada during the pandemic while I was pregnant with our first child. We now serve as online mentors and coaches, journeying with people from various spiritual and ethnic backgrounds. I also work as an employment facilitator for immigrants and Canadian Indigenous peoples with another Christian company and help with our church’s children’s ministry.
Starting anew in Canada, we have faced a lot of transitions as well as financial struggles. Since we rely on God’s provision through ministry funding and I am also on maternity leave with our youngest child, I cannot afford expensive and high-quality Christian training. I am so glad and grateful that I found CLI as I desire to enhance my ministry knowledge and skills. I also love the flexibility it offers to a fully engaged woman like me– a bi-vocational minister, wife, and mom! I am currently taking courses to become a Certified Life Coach Minister for Christian women. Please pray with me as I continue to seek God’s wisdom and guidance to pursue Him and His call. Thank you and God bless you!
