Ministry with Intimacy Specializations
This speculation will equip ministry leaders with confidence to help married couples and single navigate through these waters. Our credentialed clergy will be able to start an intimacy conversation practice and can register a Soul Centers focusing on this ministry area.
This Soul Center is led by a Coaching Minister trained by the Christian Leaders Institute and credentialed by the Christian Leaders Alliance, with a specialization in marriage intimacy. Here is a description of her Soul Center.
We have a heart to help marriages thrive. The Christian community has not done a great job equipping our children for successful intimacy in marriage. We teach them what not to do before marriage, in many cases teach them sex is dirty and shameful. We need to teach them how to communicate and talk about sex with their spouse. Hot Christian Marriage soul Center will offer marriage, relationship and intimacy coaching. We will offer prayer and encouragement. We will also offer pre marriage coaching and wedding officiant services.
Why is this subject so crucial for ministers?
Almost 80% of movies on networks or cable television stations have sexual content. Read more. Much of the content is contrary to the Biblical understanding of sexuality.
God’s desire for marriage sex is that single people would learn and prepare for it, and married people would experience it. This “hot monogamy” philosophy of God’s design for sex is so needed!
The fact is married people report that they have dismal sex lives.
There are many reasons for this, including the following:
- Marriage conflict.
- Differing libidos. One partner may have a higher sex drive than the other. Click here for more information.
- Past trauma. One partner may have experienced sexual trauma in the past, which can make it difficult to have sex.
- Communication problems. Couples may be unable to communicate openly and honestly about their sexual needs and desires.
- Non-biblical religious beliefs. Some couples may have different religious beliefs that conflict with their sexual expectations in marriage.
- Medical conditions. Some medical conditions can interfere with sexual function.
- Body image issues. One partner may be uncomfortable with their body, making it difficult to be intimate.
Imagine you becoming a volunteer, part-time or full time clergy member to address these types of issues. You may offer some or all of the following:
- Confidential conversations informed by a minister program specializing in sex education and conversations.
- Prayer that invites God to help couples.
- Coaching sessions that encourage the hot monogamy philosophy for marriage.
- Officiating services that include conducting weddings or respeaking marriage vows.
- Other Christian ministry services.
Are these Christian leaders sex therapists?
No, they are officiants, ministers, coaching ministers, or chaplains who integrate God and the teachings of the Bible into the marital relationship. These ministers advocate for the philosophy of committed monogamy and are credentialed by the Christian Leaders Alliance. They have completed a course of study focused on sex education and conversations. As ministers, they are accessible to a wide audience. Often, sex therapists can be costly. Unlike therapists who may focus on specific traumas, ministers dedicated to sex conversations promote wholeness and health as well as address issues.
What is the hot monogamy philosophy?
Am I called to become a leader in their subject?
Are you married, or have you been married? Has hot monogamy philosophy and practice been an energizing source of wholeness for you?
Are you trained as a counselor or sex therapist, and do you want to pursue a ministry calling in your area of professional training?
Why should ministers and Christians study hot monogamy?
There are several reasons why ministers and Christians might consider studying hot monogamy. Here are a few:
- To support couples in having healthier, happier marriages. Hot monogamy is a marriage philosophy that prioritizes sexual intimacy, communication, and sexual satisfaction. By studying hot monogamy, Christian ministers can learn how to assist couples in achieving these goals.
- To provide couples with resources and support. The journey of hot monogamy can be challenging but also profoundly enriching. Christian ministers can offer the necessary resources and support to help couples thrive.
- To educate the church about hot monogamy. Many Christians may not be familiar with the concept of hot monogamy. By learning about this philosophy, Christian ministers can educate their congregations about its principles and benefits.
- To model a healthy marriage for their congregation or community. Christian ministers are called to exemplify Christ’s love in their lives. Studying hot monogamy can equip ministers to cultivate a healthy, joyful marriage that glorifies God.
